Confidentiality Agreement

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This agreement involves the terms of privacy concerning activity service and use of website at www.excape.com.tr prepared and provided by Mehmet IDIKURT Company under EXCAPE trademark owned personally by Mehmet IDIKURT (hereinafter “EXCAPE”) for the customers who have bought such activity service to participate in within the activity area by making reservation, and for users who use the website found at www.excape.com.tr  (hereinafter the “Players”).

 
1.    Taking pictures within the activity area, sharing materials (pictures, information, drawings, etc) in the printed and/or visual media without prior consent of EXCAPE, or mentioning the plans of the activity area, or flow of the scenarios, location of the items and machinery, or the solutions of the riddles are strictly forbidden. In this case, EXCAPE saves the right to claim indemnity for any and all material or otherwise damages and loss that may occur.

2.    There are some sections in which request and/or reservation forms to be filled by the Players are located. Players should take utmost care to avoid using profane or threatening, or derogatory, offensive language, or using illegal contents, or violating personal or legal rights of third persons during completing such forms. Further, Players shall not copy such forms for purpose of use, or use such forms as samples for reproduction the same. Users and Players are not entitled to use such pages for selling a product, or commercial advertising, or similar trade purposes.

3.    EXCAPE agrees and warrants keeping the customer information confidential, and further agrees and warrants not to disclose such information to 3^rd parties.

4.    EXCAPE has the right to use the pictures taken by EXCAPE during the activity in the advertising campaigns carried by EXCAPE, and/or in social media channels, and in visual and/or printed media. 

5.    Information concerning the Players may be disclosed only if they are duly requested by public agencies and/or if they are required to be disclosed by applicable law and regulations to the extent they are required. .
 
THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS ACCEPTED BY PLAYERS WHO USE WEBSITE EXCAPE.COM.TR, OR HAVE MADE RESERVATION FOR EXCAPE ACTIVITY, AND WHOSE INFORMATION  HAVE BEEN SPECIFIED ON THE RESRVATION FORM AS WELL AS BY GROUP MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY TOGETHER WITH SUCH PLAYER.
