the activity area which are protected pursuant to “Law of Intellectual and
Industrial Property Rights” in any way
in printed and/or visual media is strictly forbidden.
2. Explicit or implicit use of EXCAPE name or website name of excape.com.tr in any advertising campaigns carried on via visual or printed media, or through any media organs, or via Internet by 3rd parties without prior consent of Mehmet İDİKURT is strictly forbidden.
3. All rights pertaining www.excape.com.tr website are exclusive property of Mehmet İDİKURT Company. Contents of such web pages (software, products, logos, trademarks, know-how, reports, pictures, and graphics, etc ) are protected under laws and agreements.
4. Users agree and warrant not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process and/or send the products, information, texts, icons, visual or audio symbols, video clips, files, websites, html codes of the software codes, designs, catalogs, and/or lists available on the website, in partial or in whole, online or by using other methods, and not to compete with Mehmet IDIKURT company directly or indirectly either by such actions or otherwise.
